The purpose of the journal is to comprehensively cover the results of scientific research in the field of environmental law as a component of legal sciences, as well as to promote the development of theoretical and applied principles of legal regulation of environmental protection and ensuring environmental safety.
Оbjectives of the journal: coverage of the problems of legal support of sustainable development; discussion of modernization of environmental legislation, preparation and adoption of the Environmental Code of Ukraine, coverage of environmental safety, environmental rights, freedoms and responsibilities of citizens of Ukraine, coverage of environmental and legal mechanism of environmental protection, management in the field of nature protection and RKPR.
